JSTOR全名为Journal Storage，始于美仑基金会的数字典藏计划，是一个对过期期刊进行数字化的非营利性机构。2012年，JSTOR推出电子书项目—Books at JSTOR，将电子书与电子期刊在同一平台上进行整合并提供服务。通过JSTOR平台，使用者可以轻松实现图书、期刊文献和评论之间的交叉检索和链接，提高资源的利用效率。几年来，JSTOR电子书项目逐步发展扩大，截至2015年6月，JSTOR平台上提供的电子书已经超过30,000种，来自60余家著名的学术与大学出版社。目前我校参与的DRAA集团采购共订购3,500种电子书。
