◆数据库简介

Digital National Security Archive（以下简称DNSA）数据库提供来源于美国国家保密档案馆（National Security Archive）的原始文件的访问。收录了从1945年开始的美国对其他国家外交、军事政策等大量珍贵的第一手资料，它是目前该领域内收录信息最全面的数据库。涵盖了8万多份，60多万页最重要的解密文件，许多都是第一次出版。

截至目前，DNSA数据库包含54个子库，每年都有新的子库添加进来。每个子库基于一个独立专题收录了大量政策文件，包括总统密令、备忘录、外交派遣、会议记录、独立报告、简报、白宫往来信函、电子邮件、机密信函以及其他保密文件。同时，每个子库还提供背景资料和参考资料，如一般介绍材料、年鉴、词汇表和参考书目等。

所有文档均由相关领域内的学者精选汇集而成。每篇文档都被标引过，包含摘要，并提供20多个检索字段。

◆常见问题
1、问：如何确认已正常登录DNSA数据库？
答：在复旦大学的IP范围内访问DNSA数据库，页面右下方出现如下所示的标识：

如果确定在复旦的IP范围内访问，仍然不能正常登录，可能有以下两种情况：
（1）请检查您使用的浏览器。如果您使用搜狗、腾讯、360等自带加速器的浏览器，在您访问某些数据库时，这类浏览器可能会自动启用加速代理，从而改变您的IP，导致无法正常访问数据库。建议您将加速器设置为关闭状态。推荐使用IE、Firefox等标准浏览器。
（2）清除IE的Cookie，然后关闭所有IE窗口后再重新打开。清除Cookie的步骤如下：IE浏览器的工具---Internet选项--常规选项卡，浏览历史记录下，点击“删除”，在删除框中勾选Cookie。
