To access the library, visitors should apply for a temporary card by showing resident identity cards/passport, and a letter of introduction issued by their own institutions. The temporary card is free and will be valid for one day. With the temporary card, visitors may use all kinds of printed materials and public facilities, but may not enjoy borrowing privileges. E-resources will not available for visitors. If they need, visitors may apply for interlibrary loan services to get the literature.
