The services provided by the library are divided into document delivery and interlibrary loan.

◆ Document delivery refers to the provision of copies of certain sections of books, journal articles, conference papers, reports, standards, ancient documents, and other literature to all teachers, students, and staff of our university, as well as to libraries outside the university that have interlibrary loan cooperation agreements, within the scope of copyright permission (not exceeding one-third of the entire book or journal).

The electronic copy of the document is generally obtained through email for document delivery.

◆ Interlibrary loan refers to the act of borrowing books from external libraries for readers of our school, as well as borrowing books from our school's collection for libraries outside our school that have interlibrary loan cooperation agreements.

After receiving the library's notification, readers should proceed to the library to collect the books for interlibrary loan.

1. Document Security Platform of the Ministry of Education

CASHL

The China Academic Social Sciences and Humanities Library (CASHL), led by the Ministry of Education, serves as the ultimate support platform for providing foreign language literature and related information services for philosophy and social science teaching and research in China. It is the information resource platform for humanities and social sciences literature in Chinese universities.

CALIS

The China Academic Library & Information System (CALIS for short) is a public service infrastructure built by the Ministry of Education for all university libraries. It is also an important component of China's document resource guarantee system and one of the largest university library consortia in the world.

2. Other domestic literature institutions for cooperation

Including well-known literature institutions such as Shanghai Library, National Library of China, National Science and Technology Library, and Superstar Company. Shanghai Library, National Library of China, and National Science and Technology Library are strategic partners of CASHL and CALIS and have integrated their systems into the platform, allowing readers to access their literature through CASHL/CALIS.

3. Overseas literature institutions for cooperation

Rapido (Global Document Resource Delivery System): This community comprises over 700 library members from around the world. Readers at Fudan University can request to borrow shared collection resources from Rapido member libraries free of charge, with an average time of less than 24 hours from the initiation of the request to the acquisition of the document.

◆ Activate CASHL: Visit http://www.cashl.edu.cn and click Login in the top right corner of the page. Select Fudan University as your affiliated library and log in using the school's unified identity authentication. The registration page will appear when you use it for the first time. After navigating to the registration page, fill in the account information. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Then, submit the information.

◆ Activate CALIS: Visit http://ill.calis.edu.cn/reader/index.html?tenant=a000629&auth=true and log in using the school's unified identity authentication. Then click on the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery module. When using it for the first time, a registration page will appear. After navigating to the registration page, fill in the account information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Finally, submit the information.

Please notify the staff for account confirmation after registration is complete. The CASHL account and the CALIS account are the same.

◆ Duxiu: No registration required; simply provide your personal email when using the service.

◆ Rapido: Log in through unified identity authentication.

◆ Through CASHL: Visit http://www.cashl.edu.cn, navigate to the Resource Discovery section, search or browse for the desired literature, and submit an application.

◆ Through CALIS: Visit http://ill.calis.edu.cn/reader/index.html?tenant=a000629&auth=true to log in to your account → Enter the document information → Submit the request.

External readers can request services from our university through their affiliated university libraries

◆ Through Duoxiu: After retrieving the resource information you need through the library's Duoxiu Academic Search, if you cannot directly obtain the full text, you can use the options provided by Duoxiu to self-deliver Chinese books or self-deliver foreign language documents. details

◆ Through Rapido: When searching for required resources on the Wander Search of the library resource portal system, if the school does not have the collection, click the No Full Text button to jump to the SFX menu, and then click
