ID log on to the Collection Contents System that is OPAC.
Clicking " My Account ",you will get the information of your library card.
Clicking "Booking Requests" to view a list of items that a patron has requested.
Clicking the underlined number on the left of a row, you can view expanded details on a booking request.
If the request can be deleted, a Delete link is activated.
